All orders must be placed by Wednesday at 8pm, a week before the meal date to help us eliminate food-waste and stay as sustainable as possible.

egk believes in sustainability and a strict COVID protocol. We deliver each meal in a sanitized reusable bento-box along with compostable bamboo utensils, packed especially for your child– delivered directly to their classroom.
We are mindful of any indicated dietary restrictions: our licensed kitchen is nut free.
Pls note: If a rain day is called, per school policy, we will refund that day's meal. Email us with any questions at eat@theegk.com.

About Us
Seven Arrows has long had the tradition of the edible garden, a pillar of the curriculum that through learning and play, inspires children to eat and grow organic food.
Nearly 10 years following the publication of, The Edible Garden Cookbook, featuring the foreword from SA alumni parent Jamie Oliver – a leader in the hot movement at schools - Seven Arrows is finally able to make this mission a reality through this partnership with Aldersgate House.

Aldersgate House is a licensed commercial kitchen featuring a best-in-class kitchen team, committed to service, and providing mission-based jobs.
While it doesn't use produce from SA's edible garden, egk shops local and organic whenever possible. All menu development is seasonal in order to lower carbon-emissions and create sustainable practices around food sourcing. egk's pre-order model allows us to maximize yield and eliminate unnecessary food-waste.
Seven Arrows Elementary is the only school open on the West Side.
This partnership with Aldersgate House, makes it the only school in the city - at the moment - with a home made in-house COVID-safe, hot meal program.
